This one will only be cont. if people like the idea enough

Drip. Drip. Drip. I looked up at the sink from my position on the kitchen floor. Will someone please shut that damnable faucet off? I moved my head back to the position it was originally in; I really wish that someone would turn that faucet off! Drip. Drip. Drip. I was half-tempted to do it myself but I really didn’t want to move. Drip. Drip. I attempted to get up. Nope. Drip. Dri-the faucet stopped dripping. Who turned it off? I looked up and groaned. How is it I didn’t hear her come inside? She stood over my head and looked down at me. I suddenly felt like a little boy again. Damn it.

“Ville. You need to get up. I know that you get up to eat a little, to use the bathroom and to let your dog out but any other time you just lay down here on the kitchen floor and do not move! Your father, brother and I have become very worried about you. So we decided to hire some help for a few months until you recover.”

With that she left the room...only to return again with someone. Someone very recognizable...

“Bam?”

The absolute shock to see him after seven months must have registered on my face because he mockingly mirrored my face.

“Hello to you too Valo. Hope you don’t mind that I plan on staying for a few months.”

Do I really have a choice…? Of course I do. I'm Ville-fucking-Valo. I can work my way out of this one. Just like I always manage to do.

“I don’t need help! I am just fine damn it!”

Both my mother and Bam looked at me like 'Sure Ville. And the Pope is Italian.'
How can you do this to me? I am 29 years old; I do not need a babysitter! My mother looked at me like I was an idiot, which I probably am at times...

“Well in that case Ville, you may get up right now and clean your apartment while Bam and I sit back and watch you…since you’re so capable of doing it yourself.”

Did I mention that I hate my mother sometimes? She looked at me, expecting an immediate answer. Again, did I mention that I hate my mother sometimes? I attempted to get up from my spot. Nope. I attempted again. There we go; that’s more like it. I stretched my legs out and massaged them. Again they looked at me like I was an idiot.

“You try lying on the floor for three months and not have to stretch your legs afterwards.”

My mother simply rolled her eyes and started picking up my apartment with Bam’s help. Once a mother, always a mother…Though I hate her at times, I still have to love her; not because she’s my mother but because she always hires the best help...This is going to be an interesting few months.

To Be Continued if people like the idea enough…

Oh and sorry this isn’t an update to my other story but I have major writers’ block on that one at the moment. I’m thinking that I might rewrite it but the main storyline will remain the same. Ville will still have had a kid and Missy will still leave Bam and there will be vammish happiness. ::grins:: I'm also very happy that I FINALLY managed to figure this lj cut thingy out!
