I was totally drunk and on my way home (to which I never made it) with my pal James on the night when they first lit the sign up. James is from out of town, so he hadn't ever seen it. I started laughing uncontrollably to the point that we had to turn around and examine it more closely.
I can't tell you how disappointed I was to see the sign off when I finally had a digital camera to take pictures with... >_
I was told that they serve "tapioca teas" of differing flavors. I'm still not quite sure of the whole concept, but apparently it's a cafe where they serve flavored tea with little balls of flavored tapioca at the bottom of each glass. I've never been in there for fear of making myself look like a giggling pyschopath. I mean, c'mon, who could actually go into a place named "Chewy Balls" and NOT laugh like a maniac???
