it definitely says a lot about our culture that one of our national holidays is essentially a day of condoned gluttony and football. your uncle sprawled out on the couch manages to slur out "i'm thankful for pamela anderson and.... BEER.."
turkey is a dry flavorless meat, unless you like the dark park which is very fattening. and we have leftovers for a WEEK. thanksgiving isn't about giving thanks, it's about eating and having stupid relatives take over your bathroom.
