(no subject)
here i am sitting in front of the computer in our living room eating an apple turnover. for those of you who dont have one i strongly suggest you FIND one, shove it in a microwave for 30 seconds and enjoy the goodness of pure sugar, apple, and butter :) mmmmm delicious. :) its 10 o clock in the morning and i feel like the day is ahead of me already. but ill start with my weekend.
Friday-i basically sat around all day and did nothing until the time came to get decent for my going away dinner, which (due to my parents) i was late too. but THANKFULLY! my brother left before me and got there in time to take our table (of 10) he said that when him and joss got there, someone was tryiing to take it, saying that they didnt think we were coming or something HELLOOOOOOO i made them for 6:30, it was 6:25 when my brother showed up. thats ridiculous. anyways. it wasnt too terrible being later, because ashley and katy were even mooooore late due to work :) when they walked in they had presents in their hands, and to be honest i wasnt expecting that AT ALL. they made me a box and gave me this nifty picture frame with out pictures in it and it had the ssweeetest qoute. i would give it to you but i left them at home so my mom could send them to me and they wouldnt get broken on the plane or something, which i guess is good because she said she was going to Hi-jack them for a while :) i have some awesome friends. then i came home and talked to heather on the phone..i miss her terribly :(
Saturday- there didnt seem to be enough hours in the day for me to get ready to move..i got up out of bed and helped mom out with the house, then we left to go buy me some jeans and a sweater because its cold down here in california.came home, said good bye to my sister and hugged her, did the same with my brother, they both had places to be. got in the shower got dressed and ran out the door to the airport so i wouldnt miss my plane. i honestly got there thinking i wasnt going to cry until atleast i got ON the plane. but nope...my sister called me crying and telling me she loved me. and i lost it..and then katy and ashley started crying, and my mom. my dad got teary eyed...dads dont cry after all. :) my parents left the airport early, said that they couldnt take seeing me walk through the gates. soo ashley and katy stayed with me and we sat down in the little chinese food place and had eggrolls for the last time for a while..not for forever though. :)
i got inside the little waiting area, to board the plane and this is when the trouble starts. the plane needed a reboot or something..so that took an hour. made me miss my connecting flight in DFW so i had to rebook a flight. then when we finally got ON the plane. we couldnt actually get INTO DFW yet..so we LITERALLY FLEW IN CIRCLES around brownwood texas until DFW would let us taxi in or whatever. so YAY finally got to dfw, ill make it in time for my new flight at 6:00 itll be okay... NOPE something was wrong with THIS flight too.. sooooo i didnt actually leave dfw until 7:00 and LO AND BEHOLD! its a friggin Super 80. soooo NO MOVIE just me and two othjer people crammed in a plane for 3 hours and 44 minutes. great. oooh you better believe i was VERY grouchy. sooooo i got on the plane..and lucky i fell asleep for an hour and a half..
my house is nice..its not HUGE. but its a nice..its even got a little bar area. but thomas and i are working on fixing it up :) making it our own. it doesnt smell like us yet..it just..has this musty smell to it right now. but once we get everything situated then we can fix that with cndles or something. weds were going to get our couch. and once we do ill take pictures of the house and stuff. i still have to unpack some of the things i sent down in boxes because they are overthrowing the 2nd bedroom right now :) over all im pretty happy. i like going to sleep with the man i love everynight and waking up to him every morning. i enjoy making breakfast getting situated and knowing that im not leaving in a week. i enjoy being able to take things easy whern im with him for ONCE in my life.. i miss my friends, my family, and those who care about me. :) but i know distance is just a test and we'll pass it with flying colors.
on the 8th of feburary were going to look at my school and see if i REALLY want to go there. im super excited.. as for now. i need to do a few more things around the house, take a shower and relax a little bit. bye all :)
