last night I went up to Denton to play a game of Scrabble, and ended up going with Josha to see Appleseed Cast. and they were fucking INCREDIBLE. and so were the opening bands. well I didn't get to see the first band, but the guys in it were INCREDIBLy hot. so whatever. and the people watching at that show was tremendous.
then parties.. I dunno.. hangin out with the fags.
I'm apparently playing bass for a band of dudes from Cafe Brazil. Spector 45? the bassist quit and I got recruited, so yeah.
oh the other night I saw the Valentines at Standard and Pours and they were really fucking good. and the bassist kicked my ass in checkers, and then later at Red Faction. but that's fine. and so is he. so there.
