All you gotta do to successfully skip ac lab or lunch is to get a diversion (aka lie to someone and make them try to sneak out on foot), have security chase them down in their little punk ass cart, and put the petal to the metal.

Works every time. Won't even know you left. Then all you gotta do is go to the furthest restaurant away that you can. Like In and Out.
