happy pot smoking day!
it's funny how half of my third hour class today was absent and my teacher wondered why. even some stoners at my work requested the day off. it's too bad i didn't get paid time-and-a-half for working on this popular holiday. haha.
this past weekend i was getting really upset with work. i used to love all my managers but lately they treat some of us with no respect. they don't genuinely care about any of us like they used to, they only care about their business now. i was almost on the verge of quitting, or at least on the verge of finding myself a second job to devote more of my time to. then, last night my manager told me that he gave me a dollar raise two weeks ago and wanted me to be surprised when i saw my paycheck, but since he could tell i had been mad at him lately, he thought it would be a good time to tell me. hah. heck yesssssss. i am THE HOSTESS WITH THE MOSTEST. 4 lyfe. (well actually i really hope i'm not a hostess for life.)
i don't think i could quit my job... at least not anytime soon. i love all my coworkers too much. tonight one of my older friends at work told me that she and a bunch of my other coworkers are going to come to my graduation, and then sometime at the beginning of summer they are going to throw me a graduation/birthday drinking party. hah. i love them.
anyway.
today mine and sarah's stage combat/rapier scene was probably one of the worst performances i have ever done... hahaha. but we got some laughs.
i love geiko commercials. the caveman one is my faaaaavorite. i also like the small house one.
