so only one person filed on my insurance. the truck. i guess its better that they both didn't because that would be more money but either way, this whole situation sucks and if i was paying more attention it would not have happened and i would still have a car and my bones wouldn't be hurting. it's cool though. cars can be replaced and if that truck didn't slow down he would've killed me so all and all, i still have things to be thankful for.
