You must have 200 points on the last day of each month. The points will start over on the 1st of every month.

3 points for each promotion
5 points for a plain text post
5 points for each picture in a post
10 points for each banner you make
15 points for promoting a new applicant
15 points for participating in a theme
20 points for each banner you make that gets accepted onto the banner page

3 points deducted for not making a post "friends only" before I catch it.
