reign of fire

School started again, and I am taking Philosophy, Anthropology, Math and English. Talk about a lot of reading... haha. I love my classes so far, but it is only the first week still.

Until a few nights ago, I had been living at Josh's house. Now that school has started, I moved all my stuff back in, but I have yet to. I am still living at Josh's practically. hah

Over winter break, I did what I am assuming is normal winter break activities? I went to the snow for Josh's 19 birthday with Josh, Vicki and Mike. I also went to San Francisco with Rhianna and Tony. I went to the beach many times, and also went on a few hikes and adventures. Josh and I hung out with Christy and watched really good movies, like us three usually do. Austin broke his collar bone, so Josh and I went over there a few times and hung out with Austin and Sammi. My dad turned 51, so Josh, my dad's 26 year old girlfriend, and I all went out to lunch and hung out in San Clemente, which for whatever reason was really fun. My cousins went camping at San Clemente State Beach, so Josh and I went there one day, so Josh could rag doll all my nephews and and we could spend time with everyone. I worked a little more than I normally do, because why not I guess? I also started drinking wine! Wine is something that tastes horrible, and is way too bitter for my likings, but I want to like it so bad. So I have been trying all these different kinds of wines, and I found one that is semi-bearable. Being a house wife/mom is so my destiny, that I would like to start early. That is why I want to drink wine..so I can sit on the couch with my man, have a glass of wine in hand, and watch a movie. Josh and I also hung out with Rhianna and Chris a few times, which is usually fun. Josh and I must have watched 100 movies over the course of this break, and went of many, many dates. Although this is not all of it, it is the main events.

My mom turns 40 years old on Wednesday, and then on Thursday she is graduating LA city's fire department. The academy started with 50 recruits, and they have now fired about 20 of them. Not only did my mom not get fired, but she is now the only remaining woman, and she is the oldest person. For her to be one of the 30 people out of the thousands, and thousands that they choose from, she will forever be my hero. Then Friday is her birthday/graduation party, so that should be nice.
