right, basically, i was sat in psychology today, and i came up with this.
If serotonin and noradreneline (lack of) are associated with depression and other mental health problems and if acetylcholine (producded during the night) is associated with dreams we have.. the 'weird' ones, when nothing makes sense. could it be that, people with mental health problems have an inbalance of acetylcholine as well, thus, meaning that the affects of such a chemical, are present during the day, meaning that a person could feel the same 'weird' effects during the day and not just the night? could this be a factor for the whole bio-chemical debate over mental health problems?
that may seem random, but i just wanted to know, if anyone knows anything further about it? or can rubbish the theory?
anyhoo.
im home already from school, had a breif meeting with my boss at work.. shes really nice, even said she was going to pay me for going to see her today. ha.
im off again to my DBT tonight, i think 'she' is coming around afterwards. will be good to sort things out etc etc.
i feel so incredibly sick.. i think i may go eat some soup.
with love
