So happy it's Friday.
So this morning is going quite well, thank god. I needed an easy morning after all the madness earlier this week.
I was going back and forth between the dining room and kitchen, cleaning while the boys were playing in their room. I guess Sam was reading a book with pictures of food when all of a sudden I hear him say "Saaaam, lunch time! Come to tableeee, please...ok, I'm going to eaaaad it then!" hahaha. It's funny because lately, he hasn't been coming to the table right away for meals so I've started saying "Okay, Sam if you don't come to the table then I'm going to eat your food!" Silly little boy.
Yesterday, we got two packages from Gigi. A Koala Brothers dvd (which they both LOVE) and then a set of four educational dvds on letters, colors, numbers and shapes. We're currently watching, well...they are currently watching the colors one and honestly, after watching the letters one yesterday evening, I've never heard Carson babbling as much as he is! It's really cool. Big thanks to my mom for being awesome. :)
I think Dan's going to San Antonio tomorrow? Not sure because we had a discussion about how the Jeep is only getting more wear and tear so I personally don't think we should be traveling too far in it anymore. Truthfully, I did talk with G yesterday about the whole situation and about how I get worried a lot that it's just not going to start one day. *knock on wood* But we'll cross that bridge when we get there and hopefully it won't be until next year! We do need a new car, that's obvious but for right now less driving in the Jeep and just investing in two bicycles will be perfect for us. We've been talking about getting one of those little covered seats with wheels that you put your kids in and it gets pulled by your bike in the back...and it'll be so great once our hike and bike trail is finished! Positive thoughts, positive thoughts!
I'm thinking about the boy's birthdays already. What's wrong with me? haha.
