(no subject)
Nothing interesting to post about. I dread working, but once I get there it's not all that bad. I just don't like waking up or getting ready or all that. However working at a videogame store is the most fun thing ever. And luckily the people I work with rock. Customers sometimes don't. And of course when you're busy and there's a line the phone will ring and you HAVE to answer it, and on the other end is a little kid going, 'Do you have... ummmmmmmmmmm.... that one game.... with the guy........ aaannddd... ummmmmmmm.....' and in your head you're like, "HURRY IT ALONG KIDDO." while gesturing to the people you're trying to ring up that you're sorry, and here's their change, and the kid is still saying "UMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM" in your ear and you want to hang up on him but you CANT'. I lost my point, but there you go.
I'm hyper and can't sleep and it's horrible. 8 hour shift tomorrow and I can't sleep for the life of me. I should just start dating some insanely rich guy so I don't have to work and I can have everything I want and turn into a selfish asshole. :D That'd be lovely.
Oh, by the way, when we answer the phones at EB Games we have to say, 'Thank you for calling EB Games your XBox headquarters where you can preorder your copy of Halo 2 and Leisure Suit Larry today, this is (your name here), how can I help you?" and let me tell you that's a HUGE mouthful. Luckily I talk really, really fast so it's not too bad. But more often than not people go, "Um. Could you repeat that?" or they say, "WOW, that's a lot to say *laughlaugh*" Yes it is. And I memorized it, even though it's written down on a piece of paper taped to the little counter deal.
Ugh, sorry for the hyper post. I really have nothing substantial to post about. Other than the usual; being broke, being lonely, being broke. We get paid tomorrow though, so yay. WOO $200 CHECK GO ME. guh.
(if you're reading this from your friends list, the icon i'm posting with is from a game i play called ragnarok online. my character is an ASSASSIN and she owns you double daggers what what? and she's wearing a mouth guard that guards 15% against silence, and her little hairclip thing is called stellar and it's starshaped.. kinda. and her hair is blue because i payed 1.5 million zeny to get it that way. well not really, only 60k. but same difference. THIS GAME RULES MY LIFE OKAY. ... i am so pathetic right now. :3)
