RANDOM QUESTiONS
What is your biggest pet-peeve and why?:When people lie about unimportant little things. Such as little details, because if I am close to them, and they constantly lie about all these stupid little things, I feel like I don't know anything about them. Also, I really hate when people talk about me behind my back. If someone has something to say, they should say it to my face. I won't get upset, but I will try to fix what I have done wrong.
What do you want to accomplish in your life?: I would really like to go to a good college, and make it through law school, if I still wish to do that when the time comes. I would also like to really affect someone's life in a positive way, and make it better.
What is your biggest achievements so far in life?: My biggest accomplishments aren't really because of me. They are because of all the people that support and believe in me. Such as for band. I am a freshman, and I made 5th chair symphonic band (The highest band) this year. It was because of all of the people that helped me, and told me I could do it. Also, getting all A's is an accomplishment of mine. I really wanted it, and my mom told me to try my best, and I did, and voila (sp?) I do. But when I think about it, the big accomplishments have no physical reward. I just really am glad that people appreciate my friendship enough to come to me when they need help, or have a bad day, or have wonderful news, and share it with me.
What do you plan to be when you get older?: Right now, a lawyer.
If you could hang out with one person (dead or alife, famous or not), who would it be and why would you pick this person?:My brother. He's understanding, funny, crazy, and probably my best friend. We almost always get along, and though he is seventeen and I am fifteen, we always hang out together, wheather at home, school, or out with others. He always supports me, and I support him as well. We always have fun together, even if we were just sitting in an empty room. We are our own entertainment.
What do you think is the one thing that is best about your personality: Probably that I work and try really hard at being the best friend/supporter I can be
What do you think is the worst thing about your personality: That I get hurt really easy by friends, and I have a high standard of how my friends should be, since I strive to make myself the best person I can be.
What is the best advive you've ever gotten?:Well, I don't really go to anyone for advice. I tend to keep my feelings to myself, and pretend everything is okay. But probably "get over it." Because I let things bother me too much.
OPiNiONS
Self mutilation: Well, there are some people who do it, because they aren't okay. They seem to be in some kind of "rut" in their life, and are looking for an escape. But some don't realize that there are other ways to cope. Also I think that there are some people who "show off" by cutting because they think that it is the "cool thing" to do. I think that it is incredibly stupid.
Eating disorders: I think that they are sad. They aren't just because someone thinks they are "fat", but there is something wrong in their heads. You shouldn't have to go to extremes to drop a few pounds, even though it isn't necessary to have to be as skinny as girls on magazines.
Age differences in relationships: I am okay with it, really. I feel the same way with interracial, and same sex marriages. People fall in love with the person, not how old/young they are, what color skin they have, or what organs their body contains.
Sex before marriage: If you feel truly prepared, and are in love with someone, then it's okay. Just make sure you know the consequences.
OTHER
Do you think assisted suicide is right or wrong? Why? (Just a curiosity question...you won't be voted on this):There's nothing you can do. It would be better to let them go, than for them to be incoherant (sp?) and not have a better life for them.
What are some qualities you are looking for in a girl/guy: A great sense of humor. But also to be sincere and serious when the time comes. Someone who likes to cuddle, and make me feel important too. And to like me for who I am, flaws included, and I will do the same.
One thing you are afraid of: Being shocked by static electricity. Oh my gosh, it's horrible.
Do you think you can have more than one best friend? (Include an explanation): I think it is possible. My best friends have certain aspects that only they have and I really love about them.
What makes someone beautiful: I don't think that there is a defenition of this. There are so many different kinds of beautiful.
