(no subject)
This weekend has been pretty eventful. I gave up Myspace for Lent so I've resorted to come back to livejournal. Forgive me if I write in too much detail. I've got nothing better to do.
FRIDAY
I went and saw Desert Vista's Musical Guys and Dolls. I thought it was cute, and great job to Jenna, Ashley, Lauren, Brett and Bryan, and everyone else who was in it. After the musicaI had rehearsal for a dance at the studio. It was a late rehearsal, it ended up going from 10:30 to about 11:45, yes that is in the PM.
SATURDAY.
I had rehearsal for Big Time from 10:15 till 12:15. But that ended up going till about 1:30. Then me and my sister layed out to get some color for the competition on Sunday. Unfortunately, I didn't get that dark. Oh well. Then I went to Nello's for Leyla's birthday dinner.
SUNDAY.
My Sunday started at 5:45 AM for me. I had to be at the Herberger Theater, dressed and ready to dance at 8:00 AM. I got my Iced Venti Chai and I was ready to perform. The rest of the day was pretty much a blur. Alec came and watched a few of my dances, it was really nice to see him. This competition was really old fashioned, so our dances did pretty okay, some not as well as others. All in all it was an extremely exhausting day.
MONDAY.
My mom let me sleep through first hour since Dance Company was going on a field trip. So I slept till 8, picked up Annsley from school, went to Starbucks and then got on the bus. The show that we went to was interesting, I'll save you from the details. But I was happy after because I got Wendy's, Maggie Moo's ice cream, and to ditch last hour.
