I’m the big idiot… ok granted yes once the rain forest are gone how will we get our oxygen. Seeing how 70 some odd percent comes from the ocean. I don’t know what we would do… Seeing how there are so many wheat fields around the world, and research done by NASA has found that wheat produces tons of oxygen… what will we do? How can we cope with going up to the ANRW were its barren waist land, just snow and ice, and drill for oil. Forget that our conservation policies have advance so much over the years… no because you are afraid that by drilling in some small part of a frozen land were very few plants can grown, we got to pay tons of money for fuel. As a 77fox(92fox now) we had a motto, Life line to victory, the logic behind that was with out pumping the gas, taking care of the gas, the machines we need can not operate! The same is true in the civilian world. I don’t like the prices of everything going up and they will, cause everything needs fuel! So the next time you order a pizza and cry over having to pay extra to have it deliver, think they have to cover the cost of them paying for the GAS used to bring it to you!

Of course, this only goes back to the topic that drilling for oil in our own country is pretty much the same as spending an hour trying to get that last bit of ketchup out of the bottom of the bottle. A whole lot of hassle, and not much result. The fact remains that america doesn't have enough oil in the reserve lands to make much of an impact on gas prices.

Actually, Saddam offered to let us have access to oil and search for weapons of mass destruction as long as we didn't bring in military forces, so neither of those are the reasons for us going to war, it's just a bunch of liberal bullshit.
The reason we ended up going to war was that this psycho asshole Saddam refused to STEP DOWN.

Yea... thats why bush spent all that time talking about going in to find the "weapons of mass destruction" that Saddam had stockpiled and horded in great quantities. that was the reason that Bush gave to the UN for invading iraq, and then when that turned out to be bullshit, he backpedals and says that it was a mission to free the iraqi people all along. yea I call bullshit on that.

Well there was 17 pervious resolutions that the UN passed dealing with Iraq, which the Iraq leadership did not comply with. There was evidence that he was supporting terrorist.
But your calling bullshit on Bush for the WMDs, or lack of, I ask you this why didn’t he allow the UN inspectors to watch him destroy them? Why can he prove that he destroyed them? Do you really want to take his word that he destroyed them? I don’t. Why have there been 2 shell found (and when I say found I mean, used against us) with a WMD…
