If that's all you will be, you'll be a waste of time
I am a walking waste of time.
Allow me to waste some of your time by giving you a list of what I was supposed to do this glorious 4 day weekend, and what was done instead.
1. Finish at least my Wake Forest application: While this is due by the 1st and I haven't started not one of the 6 essays, I believe I looked over the questions 2 or 3 times and I could probably tell you maybe 3 out of the 6. What I did instead: Watched baby Ty in my Sims family grow from and infant to a toddler to a child over the course of about 5 hours.
2. Homework: I decided there was no point to reading Doll's House since I already failed the quiz, and any other work can be done half-assed in homeroom. I did make use of this time though. What I did instead: I watched Titanic not once, but twice, on two seperate channels (96 and 306) and yes, I enjoyed it.
3. Christmas Shopping for Friends and my sister: After about 2 hours my 10 year old sister did succeed in pulling my lazy ass out of bed to go shopping on black friday. I did not, however, accomplish any of my shopping goals. What I did instead: I bought myself gloves, a sweater, a Guster cd, and a rather tasty ecstasy coffee drink and expanded my own christmas list in addition to playing a rather fun game that me and Brenna invented that consists of walking aimlessly around a crowded mall parking lot on black friday while cars follow us, foolishly thinking they are going to get our parking space.
4. Clean my room: Now if you compare my room to the state it was in on wednesday, I would say I was moderately productive in this area, but I probably could have gotten a lot more done. What I did instead: I played my sega genesis games for a shitload of time. Sonic never gets old.
That entry was a waste of time. Considering all of the things that have happened to me that I could have written about this past year or so I'm disapointed in myself that I chose this weekend to write about.
And as for all of the talk about college, europe, prom, forensics, etc I'm just gonna send out a big "ditto" to everything everyone else has said.
