My seats basically ruled my life. I was rows away from the governor (LOL), and less than ten rows away from The Beach Boys. The concert was absolutely amazing, a dream come true. It was even better than I had imagined it to be. My mom and I got dropped off at the concert by my cousins so we wouldn't have to worry about parking. We went to buy some Beach Boys merchandise. (I got the hoodie yayayay!!) We then went to find our seats, which we were amazed to find out how awesomely close they were.
Since they were on the Sounds Of Summer tour, they played a lot of songs from that cd, which I own =) They also played some Christmas songs, which made my mom really happy. I recorded God Only Knows with my camera. It was amazing. The sound was so awesome in the forum. The Beach Boys said that they were playing their last song, so I told my mom to give me a sharpie and my cd cover. I booked it to the stage, and managed to get 3 of their autographs. Mike Love and Bruce Johnston came right over to me and signed it. It was amazing. It was right against the stage and I touched two of the original Beach Boys. After the show as Scott Totten, the lead guitarist, was walking offstage I gave him a puppyface and asked him if he would sign it. He walked over and signed my cd cover, and as he did a swarm of people surrounded the two of us. He used my sharpie to sign everyone elses ;)
My mom and I went outside to wait for my cousins to pick us up. When we did, we saw a bus and my mom mentioned that it could be their bus. Right as she did, a Beach Boy came off of it. It happened to be the keyboardist and so I ran up to him and asked him for his autograph. He was extremelyy nice and talked to me until my cousins came to pick us up. He asked me if I was cold and I told him I was. He was like "take a lap, you'll get warm fast" and then winked at me. I could have died. He was an amazing singer, as were the rest of the members.
The lead guitarist (Scoot) was really hott for an older guy. He wore tight pants and had his hair done in a really hott way, and when he was attached to a guitar... mmm <33333
I just heard "Little Saint Nick" on a commercial with penguins? lol
