Ryu looked over what had been his childhood home. All that remained was the foundation and the support columns. Over the past few days he had torn out everything else and piled it in dumpsters to be hauled away. It saddened him, to see it in this state, reduced to barely a skeleton. But he knew that it was only temporary. Soon the school would be rebuilt, and there would be more teachers and students than there had been before. He was sure that somewhere, Master Gouken was smiling.
