YOUR OPINION ON
drugs, alcohol, etc: I fully acknowledge that they are bad for one, and that they are often times illegal...but that doesn't stop me from doing both with frequency.
gay marriage: I'm in total favor of gay marriage. After all, they're in love and they aren't hurting anyone, so why shouldn't they be allowed their constitutional rights as Americans?
abortion: I, personally, would never have an abortion, but I can understand why some people would use that in certain situations (rape, incest, etc.) However, I do not condone it as a means of birth control, at all.
the music industry: I think it's really sad that Big Brother has worked his way into something as pure and wonderful as music. I hate the music industry with a firey passion...but hey, whatever, at least it gets the music out there.
religion: Organized religion causes nothing but conflict...spirituality, on the other hand, I totally dig.
opinions: My opinion on opinions? Okay, this confuses me.
what do you want to be when you "grow up": I want to be a million different things; I want to be a writer. I love writing. It helps me organize my thoughts and allows my imagination to run wild, and there's no one there to scold me for it. I want to own a coffee shop. Up until last year I practically lived at our local shop. The people there were amazing...you could talk about anything with them, just sit around and smoke, or play on the stage up front; it felt like home when I didn't have one. I want to join the Peace Corpse shortly after college, so that I can help others in need while I'm able to. I want to be a teacher, because so many of my have inspired me. I want to do a lot of things.
describe yourself a bit: I'm a very strong willed individual, and I hate it when things don't go my way. I am a self-proclaimed pansexual, androgynous anarchist who loves east coast Quakers. I'm one of the photographers for my school's newspaper, and I spend a lot of my class time in the darkroom (whether it's smoking up or developing photos varies.) I am an adamant activist when it comes to civil/gay/animal rights, and I adore getting into tumbles with the po. I'm a major slacker in school, but I'm told that I'm actually quite bright, and I manage to pass the classes I take by acing the finals. I have a bit of a short temper, and I get rather sarcastic when it comes out, but I'm really a nice person. Promise! I <3 piercings, dreadlocks, and long haired boys.
