(no subject)
so yesterday, i know it seemed like i wasn't happy about my license, but i for sure am; i just had a bad/hard day.
so yeah, as of yesterday at 10ish, i, robyn bartlett am officially a licensed driver!!
wow. so yeah finally. its actually pretty crazy. it really sunk in today when my dad called me and asked me if i could take the car and go pick up my sister because he was running late. yeah, so i get the keys and get in the car. then i think, omg. this is totally weird. i am driving alone. weird one way, cool another way, and scary for another. i was also REALLY excited because i
finally got to listen to music while driving. yeah, so i am on my way to get cody, and i am like thinking/saying out loud at the same time. " wow. this is so cool. isn't it??? " (thats when i realized that i was talking to the radio!) anyway, driving is so fun. alone is weird. but i will get used to it. i cant wait to drive with friends. it was not only weird to drive alone, but it was most weird when i was leaving the house to go to emma's and i just said, " okay, ill be back by 10:30 like you said. okay? see ya. " i was leaving myself. it wasnt the normal, "dad, im going to go wait in the car now. please hurry." SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO weird. ohh yeah, i will write about the drive test story later too. actually mabye not since the only people who read this i have already told. nevermind. it probably woundnt make sense either cuz my thoughts get jumbled and so nothing makes much sense when i write it.
