I helped Shay and Shane move their stuff back to Phoenix last night/this morning (a pretty funny experience) and now my muscles hurt so very badly and I think I pinched a nerve in my arm. Sad I know--so I'm thinking I need work these babiez out more often. I'm weak! I also took an afternoon nap with Kyle earlier. Haven't done that is forever. It was very nice =)
