(no subject)
Hello from Germany!
I arrived here in Germany last week, but I've been so busy getting settled here that I didn't get a chance to post.
It's amazing here! I never thought I'd like it so much. I thought I'd still miss Hogwarts and, while there's a tinge of sadness that the student stage of my life is over, I actually don't miss it. I don't miss the constant drama, I don't miss the bias in the professors, I don't miss the responsibilties of Head Girl or Prefect, I don't really miss Hogwarts.
I do miss the people who make up the school, however. I hope Parvati and Padma had a good birthday party, I'm sorry I couldn't make it but like I said, I had Head Girl duties. Harry, don't be afraid of owling if you need me. I have a lot of breaks, I think I even have two days free soon. Maybe I'll drop in at the Burrow. But I probably won't. So tell everyone except one particular person I said hello and I'm fine.
Well, I have my first lesson here tomorrow. The professor's supposed to be very good, and everyone I've met so far are very nice. So for once, I don't really have any worries. It's a nice feeling.
