_glamgrafix_ is an awesome community where you can request to have an icon, layout, graphic, banner, code, whatever made specifically for you.
all they ask is that you credit them for it.
you can also get tips and pointers on how to make banners, layouts, etc etc.
orrr if you like making graphics etc etc you can join and post a sample of your stuff and have people request you to make things for them!
just thought i'd let you all know.
