i've moved .. to kentucky.
so it has been way too long since i last updated &way too much has happened for me to of waited this long..
i've just been so busy that i haven't gotten a chance to.
but here we go..
on october2 marissa &i headed south. well, first we went to the michigan sos so she could get her license. then to her mom's work to say bye to her. then off to cincinatti. picked up jake. then off to lexington. it should have been about a 90minute drive from jake's to the lexington walmart.. instead, due to confusing streets, it took probably closer to 3hours. i felt horrible keeping brandon &his dad waiting for us in the parking lot that time. after stopping for directions at a gas station, we finally came across it. we found their truck. &i freaked. i couldn't do it, i was so nervous. but, eventually i had marissa wave brandon over. we hugged. i was shaking with nerves. he carried my bags to his dad's truck. i said bye to marissa &jake. got in the truck. &we left. i was nervous, but brandon &his dad were so nice. the ride back to brandon's was about 2hours &it was quite nice. scenery was beautiful. his mom was waiting for us when we got to his house. she was super nice as well. anyway, stayed at his house for 9days. i loved it.
things i did while at brandon's..
-saw amazing scenery.
-met his parents who i love.
-lost weight [from not eating hardly anything].
-got drunk &really sick for over 24hours because of it.
-laid under the stars.
-saw one of his ex's.
-made memories.
-had an overall great time.
3am on october11, we boarded a greyhound bus for toledo. the driver was an asshole. the trip sucked. arrived in toledo around 950am. my mom picked us up. we went to my house. the time at my house was pretty fun.
things we did while at my house..
-stayed at brandie's the first night with her &ashley &drank.
-had great times.
-made great memories.
-made plans to look at an apartment.
the apartment came fast because we discovered, due to people at his parent's church, we wouldn't be able to stay at brandon's parents when we went back to kentucky. ...at least i wouldn't be able to. unless we got married. but way too soon for that. so, we bought bus tickets to leave for kentucky the night we found out about that. october16. my family was pretty upset. even my dad cried. made me cry. but it's what i wanted. what i want. the bus ride from toledo to ashland was a million times better than the one from ashland to toledo. we had two bus drivers, both of which were great. especially the second who reminded us no smoking on the bus, meaning "no chronic", and no drinking alcoholic beverages, "not even gin and juice."
we got into ashland around 430am or so. back to brandon's around 6am. sleep. later that day we took brandon's laptop to his old school teacher's computer shop to have him look at it. the next day we went to the bank to get a $2000 loan. then to morehead to look at the place. we got there. we took the place. it's small ¬ the best looking, but there's potential. washer/dryer hookup. central air/heating. two bedrooms. 30seconds from town. plus the landlords are great. so nice. then we went back to brandon's. found out his laptop only cost 65bucks to repair. went &picked that up. the next day we went to our place early in the morning. electricity was turned on at 830am. we went to walmart to get some stuff &when we returned the water had been turned on too. since then we've been staying there every night. there were a lot of spiders, but brandon takes care of them for me, haha. we've had some good times in that place already &it's starting to look really nice. nice for our decorating tastes that is, haha. i just don't know when i'm going to be able to go back up to michigan to get my stuff .. i'm hoping soon, but i really don't know because we're having to wait until his dad gets new tires put on his truck so we can take that.. but who knows when that'll get done.
oh, &on a sad note.. hedwig doesn't get service in morehead. so, i'm having to give him up. :[ but, brandon bought us an at&t tilt. super expensive. &almost as good as hedwig, to me anyway, haha. then tomorrow the dsl internet is suppose to get hooked up. &we finally got the deadbolt lock put on our front door yesterday. &he fixed our stove too - now we can finally eat the ramen we bought! haha.
anyway, that's that.
