I actually have time to post!
HOORAY for 3-day weekends :D
Every weekend should be a 3 day weekend. Yesiree.
Anyway, what have I been doing?
Well, for Friday and Saturday I played basketball with the kids :D My brother and I versus them. Now one would think, how can you play against the kids? Well, for one thing, they're all taller than us X-x. So we split the two games, both were very close though ^_^. I really miss playing basketball, it's really nice to sweat and move around.
Then on Friday my family went out to Tagaytay to celebrate a birthday party. We went to Starbucks, sat around and froze our knickers off and then went to visit the new Robinson's mini strip mall. Then we ate steaming bowls of soup (La Paz Batchoy)! :D
Then yesterday, the kids + my parents and of course my brother and I went to watch the Dawn perform for free in the sports complex over at our town. It's fiesta time so there's a lot of activities and freebies :D. It was very enjoyable ^-^ Plus I got to meet Jett Pangan in the most embarrassing of ways.
So in between sets, I had to go to the bathroom so I went inside the Municipal Hall. I know my way around so I decided to just enter a bathroom. I was with my mom and Auds then (since they had to go to the bathroom too). My mom entered the room first and inside was Jett Pangan XD Ahaha. My mom didn't know him so she just barged in. Auds and I recognized him and while I said a meek "Hello po" Auds gave a little wave.
Jett looked surprised but amiable XD. Ahaha I felt so embarrassed, plus the bathroom wasn't even free, ahaha ^-^. Then the secretary introduced us to him and my mom opted to then look for another bathroom. I, on the other hand opted for a picture with him :D He's so nice ^_^. I said sorry about a thousand times XD. (Auds has already met him before, so she didn't join us). I bet I looked so haggard though XD. I was basically in home-clothes X-x
I hope he didn't mind. But he was really nice though. Plus the performance was great :D even my parents were awed by his voice ^_^
I just wished that the people in the court were a little more involved, but at least they sang along :D.

Anyway, today is basically a day for bumming, so that's what I am doing right now XD. Bum. It feels so good (yet so guilt-inducing) since I haven't had a day like this for a long time. Then on Monday, back to work/study D:
On that note, I am so sorry if I haven't been updating or replying to most posts. Quarter/Shifting/Midterm exams have just ended and I was basically on full study mode X_x. I'm just glad I get this small moment of respite so that I can catch up and update this ^-^
