Thanks to information provided by the nkt page! which is in charge of selling tickets for this tour we learned the exact date of the next concert at Budokan.
For the lucky fans who live in Japan that you see are two very affordable plans to my point of view to attend the concert. If you are interested to know more about this, here I offer a small translation of the information provided.
Plan A: TOUR POINT exclusive bus.
This plan will make stops in various cities in Japan to pick up the fans who have obtained this plan, the cost varies depending on the city and includes transportation (round trip), lunch and concert ticket .
The cities where the bus will stop:
* Sendai - (156$ /123€)
* Fukushima -(138$/108€)
* Shisouka -(149$/117€)
* Nagoya -(160$/125€)
* Kyoto -(182$/142€)
* Osaka - (187$/146€)
In addition, users who receive this plan may receive the following benefits:
* Participants will receive a special gift which is incorporated in the access to the concert.
* You can see exclusive videos during the trip by bus.
* Goods will be sold exclusive (souvenirs).

Plan B: Accommodation in Tokyo Green Hotel Korakuen
This plan includes accommodations at the hotel in addition to the concert ticket, priced at:
