Thanksgiving Break!
Well Thanksgiving Break has been very kind to me so far. I actually haven't been up to much....but in complete honesty....that was the plan! haha Friday I only had one class then Ben and I went to see Harry Potter 4. It was awesome....as usual...and I can't wait to see it again. It's my favorite movie so far I have to say...but it was also one of my favorite books. Then, the rest of friday I got all of my homework for the week done while Ben was at work. He and I then watched Madagascar when he got home. It was really funny and I actually liked it a lot more than I thought I would.
Today though was really fun. Megan, Meghan, Josh, Brandon, Danielle, and I all had a little "reunion" lunch at the China Buffet and had a great time. We actually stayed at the buffet catching up until it was obvious that they wanted us to leave. Then Josh had to go to work, but the rest of us ran around Morgantown for the rest of the day. We also got to see Liz and her baby Will...who I have to say is the cutest baby I've ever seen. Blonde hair and gorgeous blue eyes with just a really enjoyable, relaxed, and playful attitude....I want like 5 of him...hehe It was just really fun to hang out with the old gang again. I really miss getting to hang out with my friends at school, but it's just so hard to get all of us together. I'd really like to get to do more with them cause we always have a hilarious time.
Also, last Friday was Josh's 21st birthday which was awesome! He lives just down the street from me, so luckily I was able to just walk to his party...teehee Needless to say, I guess I drank a little too much....nothing really bad....just more than I've had before. But, let's face it, I'm not really the EXPERIENCED drinker. I made a lot of friends though and had a really good time...plus I got to see a bunch of my friends for the first time in a while. Ben got there after he got off work, but by that time the party was ending. See, the tap that josh had for the keg broke when he was tapping it, so one of our friends brought one of his friend's taps. Well, unfortunately, when he left...the tap went with him leaving half a keg with no way to get beer out...hahaha So, the party sorta ended shortly after that. So, Ben and I just went over to Josh Arbaugh's to hang out with him, Rachel, and Darren. After that we just went back home and I pretty much passed out. I don't really do well in the REALLY early morning hours...hahaha So, I was mucho tired!
Well that's about the extent of excitement in my life for the past week. Hopefully Thanksgiving break will be relaxing. I don't really have anything to do...I just need to read The Killer Angels. Not really looking forward to it....I HATE war stories....but I've heard it's a good book so I'll try to be a little optimistic.
