Highway Hunny
well today was a nice day off. really. i slept in till 1230 ish... got up and had 1/2 a glass of chocolate milk... played on the computer while enjoying the stormy weather. Went to the bank to get money out and figure out why it wasnt allowing transfers... blah blah... storm rain thunder blah blah...shoppers to pick up some stuff for my dad...
I got home maybe around 330...Angela called and wondered if i could pick her up from work because her parents were in Toronto...i said to call back at 530 [when she finished] to confirm cause i wasnt sure if my mum would be home or not...she was...so at 530 i said buhbye to the 'rents and they said to be careful. haha am i ever not careful? no...but its nice to know they care! picked up angie and we went to her house while she got tidied up.
called Erica to let her know we were on our way as soon as the rain let up... it did so angela and i made a break for the car!...safe.
OFF TO PICK UP ERICA!
Get Erica...after much horn honking from the driveway haha she didnt like that so much.
And then we were driving to the highway on ramp...silence... WOOT we made it!!!
after however long it takes to get to the pen, we were there [obviously]..bought our tickets to the 815 show and then we went off to the mall. Erica and Angela both needed to buy some sunglasses...so we tackled that firstly...then bluenotes where angie bought a skirt and erica and i both bought some nice 'off the shoulder' tunic style tops [?] then....right off to the green earth shop to see if the sharkstooth earing was there...but no, it wasnt [sadness] then we stopped in at smart set and i bought a nice lace cami...oh and we went to garage clothing too and i bought a red tank top. pretty good..mostly all on sale! or "2 for 10" [bluenotes]
then we decided to drop our bags at the car and head to the theatre...bought some nibblies and went to the ticket taker...er and angie went first while i put my wallet away and then some strange man walks up to me and is about to hug me when i looked up all startled and realised it was COOPER MY WORK-HUSBAND omg!and i was all "cooper? what are you seeing?" hes all "Pirates of the Caribbean2" and im all "same! here with my friends, which theatre?" and hes all "4" and im all "haha same! sit with us" but i dont think he heard that last as he was walking towards the food-area.. i saw him walk into theatre4, but dunno where he sat, and i didnt see him after that.
made it home alive...erica and angela and i. now im here and i should probably be sleeping because ive gotta get up by 10am...
All in all a sweet night...i almost wish i bought a new jean skirt -- but they didnt have my size...as usual.
