I'm so bored.
Earlier today I had the great pleasure of seeing Mothra on tv for the first time, well, the ending of it anyway. I loved it! It seems like all Japanese movies are so damn cheap these days...but Mothra, man, you could tell money went into it. And the song those chicks sang? "Mothuraaaa~" So pretty. I'm not much of one for cosplay, but if I ever do cosplay anything, it'd definately be one of those girls. I looked up some old posters of it, and they had the greatest captions like "MIGHTIEST MONSTER IN ALL CREATION!" and "RAVAGING A UNIVERSE FOR LOVE." Were those girls his lovers or something? They seemed like preistess', but like I said, I only saw the ending. Searching under the Japanese title 'Mosura', I found some really weird websites featuring pictures like this one:
That's just begging its way into icondom.
So yeah, I watched Mothra, and then later we went out for Mexican and to the movies. We ended up seeing Episode Three again, and it was just as awesome (if not more so) the second time around.
I really need to get my eyebrows done. Wearing colorful eyeshadow with thick brows makes me look like a drag queen. *o*;
