Spoilers for everything under the cut.
Fringe S3E01
- Rule I: As Walter goes, so goes the universe. Walter-Prime is bungling and confused, and so is our universe. Walternate is ruthless and focused, and so is his universe.
- Rule II: Alternate Olivia is so badass that her mere memory engrams can make an already badass person even more badass.
- Rule III: (a variation of Rule I) Whatever is happening, chances are a Walter did it. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that he made the Observers.
Supernatural S6E01
- Rule I: The Winchesters only tell the truth as a last resort, specially to each other. They define love in terms of lies.
- Rule II: Stay long enough in the Supernatural universe, and everybody will start looking creepy and insane (this applies to both characters and viewers).
- Rule III: Cass makes everything better, even when he isn't there. "Cass isn't answering my prayers" will never stop being funny.
Nikita S1E02 and E03
So far, Amanda is a second-rate Madeline and Percy is a second-rate Ops. A more humanized Michael is perhaps more mundane, but without the brain damage of his predecessor. And Nikita is definitely more kickass this time - more agency, independence, and planning. She's quite the superempowered loner.
Picture Michael Westen bringing down the CIA, and you'll get an idea.
I'm still unsure about Alex. I cringe every time I see her inside Division, because I cannot think of a more insane or dangerous infiltration target, but this might be truer of Section 1 than of Division, which at times seems nothing but a mercenary outfit with a good hacker (Shadownet!) and Armani suits.
