prom is coming. i've decided to begin a two-week fasting regimen.

mondays
wednesdays
fridays:
-liquid diet only. this can include only diet soda, tea, low-cal coffee beverages, low-cal juice drinks, and water.

tuesdays and thursdays i'll allow for a 500 calorie a day limit of whatever i want, as long as it's healthy [due to dance days].

preparation to look damn good in that strapless dress i've been waiting two years to wear! i'll be damned to have disgusting arms in a strapless.
