*New diet*

I feel like a moo...I shouldnt' even mention how much i weigh...*sigh* my treadmill is completely dead..and my dad doesn't believe me..because every time he tests it out it's never as bad as when i'm on it.. so working out is completely out..
sigh. this pisses me of so bad, because we spend our whole lives sitting. but i'm not gonna start arguing about this because i could go on forever. (but i freaking swear, i'm gonna break that bitch everyone around here likes to call a treadmill).
so, one of my friend's parents told my mom about a diet..and it doesn't sound too bad. hell i'll try anything:
*the first 15 days you eat nothing but meat, veggies and salad. This means no fruit, sugar, bread, potatoes, pasta or anything with starch for that matter. This "confuses" your body telling it that it's not recieving enough energy so it starts burning up all the storage fuel.
*after the 15 days, you slowly start to add in fruit and maybe a little bit of starch.
*then after 15 days, you do step 1 again.

This sounds to me like just another one of those stupid carb diets. When my mom told me, I was like, "Yea f***ing right that's gonna work!" but you know what? I don't care.
I'm gonna try it anyway.
