HAPPY BIRTHDAY MON!

When writing this poem I accidently deleted the previous entry..way to go me. This is via my dad's computer, I'll be home tomorrow at 2.

One glance up,
And I can see that smile.
Spread across pretty lips,
A face that wasn't touched by age.

More experienced than you know,
Naive and sweet,
It's what I've been looking for.

Searching between sheets,
Beer bottles litter the floor.
They say,
Come on.
You can't do this anymore.

Oh if they only knew.
One glance up and I see that smile,
A face untouched by age,
A mind naive and a demeanor so sweet.

Here I am the teacher,
You're beneath the thumb.
Such a beautiful piece of work.
Such a beautiful little smile.

The whispers in the other room,
Shun me if you will,
But in those arms I can loose myself.

One glance up,
such a beautiful smile.
