My resolution.

Jan 01, 2007 03:06

After a lot of thinking I have decided to start the new year off fresh here on livejournal.
Over two years on this one was a lot to give up. BUT, I haven't been updating at all and plan to change that next year.
So, I have a brandynew journal.

my_sweetescape

add me.

as for 2006,
you were amazing. but all i got to say is,

THE FAMOUS END OF THE YEAR SURVEY.

1) Was 2006 a good year for you?
Overall, it was pretty good.

2) What was your favorite moment of the year?
The memories with the Papa Gino’s Crew. Those are favorite memories I will never forget.

3) What was your least favorite moment of the year?
Losing trust and respect from my mother.

4) Where were you when 2006 began?
In my basement.

5) Who were you with?
Liz P, Danielle, Leynette and Leynette’s sister.

6) Where will you be when 2006 ends?
That question has yet to be answered. Depending on the way my grounding goes, we will see.

7) Who will you be with when 2006 ends?
If it goes the way I want it to, the Papi Crew. If not, my mom.

8) What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?
This is my favorite question. Oh, let’s see. Got a job, drove even though no license came with it, drank, had sex, bought and wore heels, rode every rollercoaster in six flags in one day, acted in a play, scored a baseball game, tap danced, became highly involved in school, interacted in spirit week, made a facebook, discovered YouTube, walked out of the house without makeup, skipped school, hugged Michael Buble, legitly met someone famous, ate Taco Bell, went to Bickfords for breakfast at two in the morning, went to the drive-in, filled out a college application, danced like my true self in public, drank powerade, went to my mom’s wedding, popped a squat, mopped a floor, got pulled over, ate Panera, loved Flava Flave, and a few other things I’d rather not put on here.

9) Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I kept one for about half the year and eventually got so agrivated I blew it. As for others, one I accomplished and the rest kinda went down the tubes the day I made them.
Of course I’ll make resolutions. As of now I would like to get in shape, eat healthier, begin to manage my money, be more patient and happier, and continue to remove drama from my life and live it to the fullest.

10) Did anyone close to you give birth?
Mrs. Dean had Celia.
Kristen was SUPPOSED to have Julianna by by now, but I guess she’ll be a New Year’s baby.

11) Did anyone close to you die?
No one close thank god.

12) Did you travel outside of the US in 2006?
I was supposed to go to Italy but that plan fell through so no.

13) How many different states did you travel to in 2006?
Mass, Maine, NH, Conn, New York, New Jersey, Maryland.

14) What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?
Patience because I hate my short temper, and productiveness because I have so much to do on a day to day basis and I usually end up at the computer not caring about any of it.

15) What date(s) from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
a) Prom. It was such a mess, but ended in Jarrod and I going out.
b) Six Flags Trip for Physics. Amazing trip especially the bus ride up when all the boys sang every song they could think of, and the bus ride home when everyone decided to wake up cory lefort by screaming and I awoke to cory elbowing me in the head from waking up startled.
c) My First Friday working at Papa Gino’s. It was the worst night of my life because I still had no idea what I was doing and it was very busy.
d) The Papa Gino’s Two in The Morning Bickfords Trip. Enough said,
e) The Senior Boy’s Cheerleading Cheer. They worked so hard to create that, and I was so proud to see them all get out there for the senior class and be best girls ever. The cheering and screaming made it so much more exciting.
f) December 17th. No reason really.
g) Papi Crew Six Flags Trip. We had an amazing time acting like fools. And Jarrod, want some dippindots?
h) Valentine’s Day. Probably the most random thing that has ever happened to me happened this Valentine’s Day.
i) The day I hugged Michael Buble. One of the best moments of my life.
j) Recital. It always is a part of my year and I never forget it.

16) What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Realizing that drama isn’t a necessary part of life. I mean, I still gossip like everyone else, but why create a mess? I have less than a year left with amazing people I grew up with and I’m not going to waste it on fights and arguments.

17) What was your biggest failure?
Not accpepting change and failing to let go of things. I can’t help but hold on to the small piece of what I had.

.Nothing horrible. My knees became weaker and I have to go to physical therapy for them soon.

My camera. It is my baby. :)

Anyone who brought negative feelings to me really. It would upset me or stress me out.

22) Where did most of your money go?
Food, especially Panera, Taco Bell and Wendys.

23) What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Kristen having a baby, Mrs. Dean having her baby, meeting the Goo Goo Dolls and getting out of Cumberland and heading to Maine with Erica.

III. richer or poorer? Definitely poorer at the moment. But because of a job, in general I’m richer.

Many. :D

39) Who are your favorite new friends?
Well, first off is the Papi Crew consisting of Liz, Ashley, Jarrod and Tim as well as the rest of the working crew who are all like family to me. Nothing sticks out to be number one, but there were a lot of lies and I caught every single one of them as always.

Yes.

Nothing really embaresses me. But if there was one, it probably involved a boy.

48) What was your greatest musical discovery?
Rascal Flatts and Cartel.

49) What did you want and get?
A more happier way of looking at life, and appreciating it for what it is instead of just living it.

50) What did you want and not get?
Respect and care from others.

51) What was your favorite new film of this year?
Wasn’t too big on the movies this year. Saw III wasn’t that bad.

52) What was your favorite TV program?
Flavor of Love. I was insanely addicted and loved coming to school on Monday’s to talk with Pat Crawley about everything that happened.

53) What was your favorite record from 2006?
It’s a tie between “Me and My Gang” from Rascal Flatts and “Chroma” from Cartel.

54) How many concerts did you see in 2006?
Let’s see. Michael Buble, The Goo Goo Dolls and Counting Crows, The Black Eyed Peas and Danity Kane, and Rascal Flatts.

55) Did you have a favorite concert in 2006?
Michael Buble was amazing because I hugged him. The Goo Goo Dolls almost brought me to tears playing “Black Balloon” and Rascal Flatts was just amazing.

None at all.

58) What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I turned 17 on the lovely day of 06/06/06. I went to school where my whole lunch table sang to me so loudly it was insane. Then I went home for cake and presents and headed off to graduation. Did some crying [not as bad as the year before] and headed to dance.

59) What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
My license.

60) How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2006?
The usual Tabitha. Crazy earings, matching eyeshadow, sunglasses on the head, jeans. I attempted to spice it up a little with the shirts this year, but still kept it “Tabitha Casual”. And as always, no skirts.

61) What/who kept you sane?
Jacinta was my dirty diary. The dance family kept me in line.

62) Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE. Oh sweet Jesus, let me bang him.

63) How much money did you spend in 2006?
According to my last check stub, about $2,000+.

64) Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2006:
When you wake up, why spend the hours getting ready to impress? When your out, why act differently to catch someone’s eye? Why waste time in life trying to make something happen when it can come naturally. You have one life, live it like you’ve never lived before. Drama, let it be. Does it really matter what so and so is saying about you? Because quite honestly, if they have nothing better to do than talk out of their asses, they aren’t worth it. Don’t waste time fighting, brush it off. Not everyone is going to like you. Not everyone is going to love you. It’s a fact of life, Stop trying to make the world love you and take a seat and realize you have people who already think your amazing. And if they can love you for who you are and not bring the drama, and not care what they look like, and act themselves, then why search for anything better than that.

65) What are your plans for 2007?
Graduation 2007 that seemed so far away will creep up on me. Then off to RIC hopefully. My license would be nice considering I should be driving by now. I want to join a gym and get in shape. I’ve also decided to make a list of things I want to do in life before I die. The dumb stuff, yunno? Like learning how to play drums and be able to speak Italian. And I want to start working on it.
I also plan on starting off fresh on livejournal. I’m on this damn computer every night anyway, so I’ve decided I’ll do an update a night on how the day was, how I’m feeling and such. It would be such a relief to get things down and it relieves my stress a bit.

66) Quote a song lyric that sums up your year:

"Cause when push comes to shove
You taste what you're made of
You might bend, till you break
Cause its all you can take
On your knees you look up
Decide you've had enough
You get mad you get strong
Wipe your hands shake it off
Then you Stand, Then you stand..."
-Rascal Flatts

Happy new year's everyone!
