I took a sleeping pill last night so that I could get to bed before 4 am and it was weird.
Normally, these things either have no affect on me or they completely knock me out, leaving no memory of the night.
This time, however, I had the weirdest feeling.
I felt like I had taken too many muscle relaxers or something.
It was like my body was trying to sleep, but my mind wouldn't.
Everything felt calmed and relaxed, but I still felt restless on the inside.
So I didn't really get any sleep. And it was awful.
Soooo weird. So I guess I should stop taking them.
Anyway.... I lost 8 pounds this semester :) I'm thinking like.... 5ish more? it wasn't even hard or anything... I just don't eat junk food, really.
I only wish that my GPA had improved as much as my health.
Next semester: my goal is to get a 4.0 and lose those extra pounds. and keep going to the gym. But I guess I kinda have to, since I need to get in shape for THON :)
