Rancid show tonight! Highlights in list form because I'm too lazy to really write anything
-went with Kat
-Worcester is freaking sketchy as hell but whatever
-some guy kept hitting on Kat. He was 26 or something. He kept coming back to talk to her. Kinda a creeper. But he bought us a bottle of water so I'm not really complaining.
-CUTEST family there. Couple in their 30s or so with their two sons, probably around 8 or 10. Both kids had mohawks, one was wearing a Rancid shirt and the other was wearing an Aquabats shirt. They were so excited to see their dad go in the pit, and then the dad freaking took the kids in the pit. Holy crap, so ridiculous. The mom was freaking out of course, but yeah, pretty awesome parents!
-Sick of it All did a freaking wall of death, what the crap.
-Rancid played mainly older songs, And Out Come the Wolves and Let's Go stuff. A few songs I didn't know but ah well.
-they played for like 2 hours
-but only one song (Time Bomb) for the encore?!
-Tim didn't sound as cracked out as he does on recordings, but he barely played guitar
-Marc Orrell from Dropkick came out to play guitar for Listed MIA. He seemed kinda drunk and out of it though so it was pretty funny
-Rancid plays AWESOME video footage on their projector, like classic movie scenes and stuff from the 50s/60s, etc.
All in all, AMAZING.
