and a great hiatus it was
My holiday weekend was so nice
consisting of..
..volunteering at the east brookfield fireworks, working at the admissions entrance
..watching the westfield fireworks (amazzzinggg)
..bonfires
..eating way too many s'mores
..mud bogging in jeff's truck
..jeff's truck stalling from hitting too many puddles..
..catching fireflies
..catching more poison ivy (it's what I get for always wearing flip flops, even in the woods)
..sleeping alot
..eating chinese food (ooh yum)
..going to the playground to use swingsets
..washing my car (only to have it rain a few hours later)
Now it's back to work and real life.
I hate when my birthday nears, for some reason I get very depressed and annoyed around that time. Last year I didn't get excited, even though it was my 21st! This year I'm turning 22, and to be quite frank I'd rather just be left alone on my birthday. Though if that happens I'll feel forgotten about and be sad (I'm a freak, eh?)
So yeah, I just made a kick ass chicken, broccoli and fettucini alfredo - I'm stuffed.
