Was told about 10 minutes ago, next fall when I start at an actual university I'll be on my own tuition-wise.Admittedly 'm a bit suprised because all I've been hearing for the past 5-6 years is "Oh don't worry about college we'll pay everything just enjoy being young."But I have to admit, there's an absolutely amazing sense of freedom that I've never had before.Gone is the pressure to stay at a school close to home and major in nursing (no offense to nurses, but hospitals are kind of upsetting.)The situation could be much worse, though.I'm being told a year in advance, how often does that happen? Lots of scrimping, saving and overtime are ahead, but it'll be so worth it!
