HAPPY JULY 27TH, AMIGA! <3
Percussion camp started Tuesday and we really haven't done too much since we don't have music. We actually had a kindergarden-like nap today because we were so bored. We ran warm ups, gossiped, and joked the rest of the time. My Geometry SOL is tomorrow too and I know I'm gonna pass it. I'm doing okay in the class now and I think I'll end up with a B overall.
People are getting really immature and out of control around here. Last night, someone vandalized my school. They drew the nazi symbol and wrote 'KKK' and 'Fuck You' on some of the windows. They did it with washable paint, so it wasn't permanent and the janitors got it off pretty quick. Gary told me a girl in his Algebra class knew who did it an she thought it was FUNNY. A lot of people thought it was funny which is lame, because it really wasn't. Anyways, the girl was a friend of my friend, Ross. When a bunch of people were hanging around talking about, the girl was laughing about it. Then Ross tells her he was jewish and she was shocked because she didn't know. So she felt really bad and I guess she told on the boys who did it. I'm really losing more and more faith in humanity.
Oh, and I really dislike people who believe they can never be wrong. They always argue and they even but into other's conversations to put in their 'correct' ten cents. There's a kid like that in my Geometry class and I really cannot stand him. He's always arguing with our teacher and trying to rush the people who don't understand it and he's usually wrong - afterall, if he were always right he wouldn't have failed the class in the first place. Gag.
