i thought it was creepy. there are no effects on the camera - this is just a picture taken by me of me with my camera's ten-second timer feature. i took it outside my uncle's house near mount jackson, virginia. yes, it was cold and i'm almost positive the effect is created by the light from the flash reflecting off of the steam from my breath and back into the camera. but only almost positive.
