I'm refusing to use the term "srs bzns" at all in this entry.
I'm feeling mopey, and it's kind of distressing me.
I don't really know why I am. It's probably because I just read that anonymous meme on fuckyou_fandom and it made me realize more than ever how catty fandom is. I mean, maybe I'm not the person to talk--I am, after all, writing a story making fun of writing cliches. That's kind of catty.
But I'm doing it in fun, you know? I'm not out to hurt any one person. I'm doing it because it's something I think is making people laugh, and because it's a point that really kind of needed to be made.
It just seems to me that too many people out there are taking fandom way too seriously. I guess I'm proving that point by being upset about it in the first place, but honestly, everyone needs to lighten up and stop trying to e-kill each other.
IN OTHER NEWS. How awesome would it be to have a t-shirt that said "IM ON UR SHERT BEIN SOME TECKTS"? Very? Yes. Yes, I will make one.
