Dear Baby Link,
This letter is to serve as notice of your eviction from your place of residence of the previous 9 months. As you know, the previous tenant agreement was set at 40 weeks, to end on Wednesday, January the 10th of 2007. As of today, Thursday, January the 11th, 2007 you are in breech of this contract. You have been hereby notified that you must vacate the premises immediately in accordance with our agreement. As your landlord, I promise to endeavor to do all in my power to help make this transition as safe and easy (and speedy) an undertaking as possible. If for some reason, you refuse to vacate by Wednesday, January the 17th, 2007, I will have no choice but to seek further action and involve the proper authorities in your eviction from the location in question. Baby Link, I do not wish that it come to this, but if you fail to comply within 6 days of receipt of this letter, you shall leave me with no further recourse. It is my hope that you will see that the best plan of action for everyone involved is that you begin the relocation process on your own accord and put and end to this very uncomfortable situation in a timely manner.
