Beach Boys (also applicable for the "guily pleasure" question - haha), Bjork, Beck, Radiohead, Whirlwind Heat, Louis Armstrong, Nico, THE Beatles, David Bowie, Cat Power, Jamiroquia, Fiona Apple, Jewel, Otis Redding, Supertramp, Frank Sinatra, Gorillaz, Floyd......eeeeek i just can't STOP! sorry about that.
three shitty bands (be original): Stevie Knicksssss (dont get me wrong, i think Fleetwood Mac is great, just cant stand the wench), Ashlee Simpson, Mariah Carrey. sorry if those dont qualify as "bands" but it's hard to think of bands that are terrible but dont sound like every other band that's terrible...catch my drift? oh yeah but i'm not a fan of Kansas, either.
5+ favorite movies: once again another "guilty pleasure" - Star Wars. i'm a die hard fan. (i just bought a giant Chewbacca Pex Dispenser for $20 at Target. which was pretty embarassing when i looked down to realize i was wearing a star wars shirt, as well.) also Royal Tennenbaums, Ferris beuller, That thing you do, swingers, godfather I and II, Roman Holiday, Dinner Game, and basically all "Brat Pack" movies, and i'm a Back to the Future obsessor.
favorite books: basically all JD Salinger (Catcher <3, Perfect Day for Bananafish, For Esme with Love and Squalor..), Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There, To Kill a Mockingbird, Wayside School is Falling Down, The Pigman, The Giving Tree, and the Lorax..lots others. i love reading. short stories mostly.
your guilty pleasure: besides Beach Boys and Star Wars. oh, definetely Magic School Bus. i really, honestly, love that show. haha.
