Our game (yesterday): Get there about 45 min. before the game starts, signed programs for my amazing teammates and just chilled. Finally started to get ready and we are standing outside the door like 2 min before we are supposed to go out and warm up. Wheres the cheerleaders? Oh yes they get there right in time to hold up the sign for us to run through. Get out there and I felt like I could count the number of people there on my hands and toes. It was embarrassing to say the least. And on the other hand the hole city of Newport + surrounding towns were there cheering on Nokomis(sp). So we ended up losing it was terrible. The hardest part was saying goodbye to Webby, Happy, Ilsya(sp), and Erin. I can't even believe that the seasons over. It seemed long in the middle and so short now. I had the best time this year not matter what happened. I love you all and... NEXT YEAR IS ARE YEAR!!! I love you ladies!

Boys game (today): They lost. Hampden got some cheep bull crap calls and won because of them. It was dumb luck and total crap. Are guys are A LOT better then them, actually they are better then most teams in at least Eastern Maine.

"You win some and you lose some and no matter what it hurts. But with all the winning involved to get you there, most teams do experience defeat. But thats what makes them stronger and better for next year. You never want to get the feeling you get when you lose, and thats what keeps us playing harder and stronger the next time. Its what gives us that little extra boast. People who don't lose don't get that little push. They don't know what it feels like, giving them the disadvantage. Then when you do win and win big you are ready and experienced for the next time. Then and only then do you become truly the best."

I just want to run away.
Hide away , get away,
Be away, forever
