Edit: Some kids hero's are superman or the stereo-typical superhero for saving the world, or a city from evil. Some are their parent's for just loving them. Someones hero could be a person that survived something tragic and it was shown on TV, not really knowing who they are. Your hero could be a military person too. But me I'm different. I know this girl who's 14-were two days apart- i met her at a basketball camp during the summer going into 8th grade. The girl I was bunking with broke her arm and could not finish out the camp. I was left with no one basically. But Michelle took me "under her wing" and we became very close over 4 days. We did everything together. She was the one who brought me out of my shell. She was always happy, upbeat, singing, smiling the kind of person you really want to be around. Recently she was diagnosed with a disease that affected her bone marrow. She went through a bone marrow transplant which meant she had to go through ki-mo also. During this time i prayed for her everyday, she was always in my thoughts. And thankfully today she is doing so much better! After spending months in the hospital she can finally go home in two weeks. We talked before during and after her treatment, and it was still the same Michelle I had grown to love at that basketball camp. She is my hero, for being able to stay herself during her rough times. She is the one person that I really look up to, she taught me how to be myself, how to let nothing stop you from singing loud and proud, and to just forget about everyone else caring and just do whatever you wanted no matter how crazy it was. Michelle you are my hero. I love you and miss you dearly!!!!!!
So now leave me a message and tell me who your hero is.
