i'm begining to excersize & keep in shape.
i want to lose weight.

i'm going to start staying after school when midterms are over, and using their weight room, and also, doing little crunches and odd small excersizes, and i'm quitting soda, junk food, and all those good stuff.
i'm pretty serious about this, i want to be healthier.
i'll end up drinking a lot of water & vitamin water.
