OK, so i made it through dinner.
i've dranken 60 ounces of water.
all i had to do was push around my food
say "im not hungry, i don't feel good, and i'll eat later"
so im happy. let's see how tommorow goes.
before i go to sleep im going to do 500 crunches.. maybe try a late night run.
tommorow morning i have pom practice, so that's a good workout. i'll prolly workout more when i get home too :)
