Today has been kind of weird. I dont want to sit in the house, but then I can only walk so far without achy feet (six hours so far). Oh yeah, it cooled down a bit but it's still hot. I think once school starts, and I have something to do with my time, I'll feel better. I started reading this book about one of the first people to undergo Freudian psychoanalysis and it's definitely an interesting read. The woman is fixated on bleeding, well blood in general, and spends hours studying her own menstrual period. Ironically her writing is elegant. She admits that because of her insanity parts of her brain are accessible that wouldn't be otherwise. I'm excited to get to NY in the spring and take abnormal psychology. I wish I had the determination to make it my career. I would love to help people who can't help themselves. Yeah I know I'm weird Dad.
Anyways. Kristen called, which made me really happy. I hope she gets to come over during my fall break. Okay Im going to call my Mom. I miss everyone. This too shall pass.
