(no subject)
i haven't posted a real entry in soo long. most of the time i just post a whole bunch of one-sentence, cryptic entries. i'm done with that! for now, at least..haha.
wednesday: decided not to go to school.. yet again. whatever, it was for a good cause! ceci and i ended up helping out sister alicia, her sister, and oscar, our youth group coordinator by going to downtown la to feed the homeless. haha, we were kinda scared at first. they were coming out of all directions! we only had about 55 plates of food, so when we ran out they sorta got mad. while we were driving away, i sort of felt like crying but i was glad that we went and helped. afterwards, we went to subway and came back to my house and helped my mom make apple pie! ceci and i hung out pretty much the whole day. i missed hanging out with my best friend. it was way fun! :]
thursday: thanksgiving was all right i guess. i got up early to help my mommy with the cooking and all. then i cleaned. and around 3ish my brother's friend and co-worker, grace, came over. jonathan came over a couple of minutes later. we had dinner around 5ish and it was sooo nice. the tableware all had stars on it. it was really cute. before we ate, we all said what we were thankful for. and while we were eating we kept making fun of my brother, brian 'cause he was choking on his apple cider. hahaha it was hilarious. afterwards my parents went for a walk and jonathan and i started washing the dishes. then a little while later they all left. it was really nice just having a grown-up thanksgiving with no little kids around. it was just us 6.
friday: was supposed to go paintball shooting with my brother, grace, and jonathan but something was going on at the paintball place where there was over 1,000 kids there playing. so we postponed it. jonathan picked me up and i went to his house for a couple of hours. then i came back home and my brother, grace, and i went to fry's electronics and then to the movies to watch "babel." dude, i dont know why, but that movie made me cry sooo much. i'm such a wuss!!
saturday: cleaned the house for most of the morning. one my mom's sisters was really sick so my mom and i went to go visit her. she was getting worse when we went to go see her so my mom took her to the emergency room and on the way there left me at home. my brother came home a couple of hours later and we went to the go buy some more fishies for the fish tank. i saw this really nice parrot fish..it was sooo cool! but it was 99 bucks!! no way, jose!! on the way back home we stopped and got some food. we got back home and watched "the omen." the movie wasn't as scary as i thought it'd be. oh well.
today: i woke up sooo late today. i didn't wake up until around 9:30ish!! i haven't done that in a long time! had some breakfast with the familia then started cleaning my room. my parents went out somewhere right now. grace is over yet again and is with my brother in his room. it's so obvious that she likes my brother. which is kinda funny because my brother is her boss and she's only 18. whatever. tee hee. we're going to the hollywood chrismas parade later on. i'm so excited!!!
my family and i have been getting along really good lately. it's wierd. my mom haven't been fighting, my brother has been home often now and we've been going out together a lot. i like it. :] for once, everything is cool in my life!
